In addition to IK Zenith, 18 other teams played in Herr Senior. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IK Zenith div 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Lindome IBK 2, IBS Svedala, Fristad GOIF GoIF and Tranemo IBK.

IK Zenith div 1 continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hovshaga AIF with 1-2. In the Final, CL98IC won over Fristad GOIF GoIF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Herr Senior.

Ik Zenith also participated in Herr Senior during Björnslaget 2020. They won Slutspel A, after beating FBC Karlskrona 1 in the final with 4-3.
